His early career at Grant Thornton saw him lead and support complex mid-market transactions across the UK, building a strong foundation in dealmaking, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy.

Hywel has advised on a wide range of multi-site, high-value transactions in the dental, veterinary, and wider healthcare sectors—acting for both independent operators and corporate consolidators. His approach combines commercial rigour with deep sector insight, helping clients navigate competitive sale processes, maximise value, and align with the right strategic partners.

A fluent Welsh and Spanish speaker, Hywel offers a culturally agile, cross-border perspective that has proven especially valuable in international mandates. Outside of work, Hywel is a passionate Road and Mountain biker and fell runner, deeply connected to the landscape, language, and culture of Wales.
